Some of the most special moments in a photo studio is getting to make portraits of women who are expecting a baby. It just exudes love and happiness!
My Boise photography studio comes with a variety of glamorous dresses that will make you feel like a goddess. Among my favorite dresses is a beige tulle dress. It fits virtually everyone so well and the fabric is so plush. Sessions can also make great use of a silky olive green fabric that we can wrap in a variety of configurations. Many maternity portrait clients also just bring a nice simple black dress, or their favorite long Oxford shirt.
I highly recommend doing sessions around the six-month mark — late enough into a pregnancy where your belly is pronounced but not so deep into the third trimester that you’re feeling way too uncomfortable to have fun and remain relaxed.
