What you wear to your maternity photoshoot shouldn’t be a stressful endeavor! My Boise studio has a wide range of flowing fabrics, bejeweled dresses and shawls, as well as a few accessories that can spruce up or complement clothing you might have in your closet. Got a cool pair of jeans you want to incorporate into the photoshoot, or your husband’s comfy button down shirt?
At L.M. Pane Portraits, I strive to create magazine-quality images. What you see in the gallery on this website is representative of the styling you will expect at my Boise photography studio. What sets me apart from many photographers in the Treasure Valley is that you will rarely see me do outdoor photoshoots, especially with maternity. The reason is because weather is unpredictable and it can be uncomfortable when you later in your pregnancy. Plus, it’s just not my style. I want to create something worthy of the cover of Vogue or Vanity Fair, something that shows you as elegant, glamorous and like a total celebrity.
During our consultation, we’ll discuss your favorite colors, the style of clothing you’d like to wear and what you might want to bring to the maternity photoshoot. My photo studio has flowing fabrics in colors from earthy tones of hunter green and caramel to vibrant colors of reds and blues, and simple blacks, gray and white. We have a couple of bejeweled shawls and a silky dress. And we also have a super cool leather jacket and blingy bando. The studio also has a few hats and some jewelry.
The number of options is continually expanding to ensure we have a nice variety, so let me know if you have seen something on a Pinterest board or elsewhere that has inspired you!
